The Flat is on Ashenden Rd, 15 minitue walk from Guildford mainline station and 5 minutes from Royal Surrey Hospital and Surrey Research Park. There is a large Tescos and a smart gym very close. If you don't want to walk there is a bus stop at the end of the road that goes into town frequently.

There is plenty of parking. There is full double glazing and has gas central heating. There is a modern red kitchen with everything you will need. There is a large shared rear garden perfect for BBQs.

The Flat has been done to a really high modern standard. The main room has its own wiring for the internet and phone and T.V. arial. The kitchen and living room/bedroom have wooden floors and halogen downlights, controlled by chrome dimmers, with matching sockets and internet points. All kitchen equipment is supplied, and it is all fully furnished even with pictures if required. There are various places to store anything you may have in either of the two garden sheds.
