The road is a cul-de-sac so there is very little passing traffic.

The house has a very good atmosphere and would suit a professional non-smoker. Unfortunately no couples or pets to maintain the feeling of vast space and ease of life within the flat. All bills are included in the rent including council tax, gas, electric and water. A cleaner comes once a week costing £8 per week each. She is terribly good and keeps the house immaculate.

There is a £250 Contract fee, but there is no deposit. You pay for damages when they occur so there is no risk of the landlord keeping money unfairly at the end of the tenancy.
