You would be sharing this massive top spec house with only 3 other young professionals and there are 3 bathrooms. This is as far away from a student house as you can get. A cleaner comes once a week to keep on top of the cleaning. All the bills are included. (council tax, gas, electric, water and the cleaner)

The house is on Ashenden Rd, 15 minitue walk from Guildford mainline station and 5 minutes from Royal Surrey Hospital and Surrey Research Park. There is a large Tescos and a smart gym very close. If you don't want to walk there is a bus stop at the end of the road that goes into town frequently.

There is plenty of parking. The house has full double glazing and has gas central heating. There is a massive red kitchen and living room with big leather sofas. There is a large rear garden perfect for BBQs etc.

The whole house has been done to a really high modern standard. Each room has its own wiring for the internet and phone and T.V. arial. All rooms have wooden floors and halogen downlights, controlled by chrome dimmers, with matching sockets and internet points. All kitchen equipment is supplied, all the rooms are fully furnished even with pictures if required. There are various places to store anything you may have in either the loft or the two garden sheds.

There is a £250 Contract fee, but there is no deposit. You pay for damages when they occur so there is no risk of the landlord keeping money unfairly at the end of the tenancy. You pay monthly in advance by standing order.

 

You would need proof of identity, a work reference and to fill out the Landlords association credit check. All you need is you own bed linen and you can start living in style in this very safe, private road full of family houses.
